General Information

3-6-year-olds are particularly primed for receiving and enjoying the most essential elements of our faith—the love of God and his gift of himself. Encountering these mysteries through scripture meets the deep needs of our children, shaping the faith that their whole lives will build upon.

This training prepares adults to walk alongside children, presenting mysteries from scripture and preparing an environment for prayer and ever-unfolding appreciation of God. Materials in this environment center around the life of Jesus Christ and his teachings, helping the mysteries of God come alive for the young child.

Recommended Lodging

St. Mark's parishioners are happy to host training attendees on a first-come-first-served basis. Contact training coordinator, Emelie Thomas, if you are interested in being hosted.

Recommended hotels in Moultrie are listed below. There is a large sporting event happening during the weekend which may result in rooms being at a premium. We recommend reserving now with the option to cancel rather than waiting until the last minute. If rooms in Moultrie are unavailable, we recommend looking for lodging in Thomasville, GA. We DO NOT recommend staying at the Town Terrace Motel in Moultrie (even though it is across the street from the Church).
