Children's Ministry
St. Mark's Kids
Sunday Mornings
- Nursery is available for children 6months - 2 years old. Our nursery is staffed throughout the entire service.

- Children's Chapel for kids up through 8 years old is provided for children during the middle of the Sunday Service (between the Sermon-Offertory). A leader of the Children's Ministry will collect children from the Sanctuary after the Gospel is Proclaimed and will escort them upstairs. Children's Chapel consists of an age-appropriate teaching on the Gospel of the day, a period of prayer and confession, as well as a Gospel-themed activity. It mirrors the liturgical action - in a liturgical space - of the adults and older children in the main sanctuary.

Wednesday Evenings
- Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is the premier children's education model for liturgical parishes. We are excited to have an accredited Atrium of the Catechesis. Our Level 1 Atrium, which serves ages 3-6, opened in September, 2023, and we hope to open additional levels serving up through age 12 by 2028. The Catechesis is held from 5:00-6:30pm on Wednesday Evenings. For more information, please visit the official American website of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd.

Youth Ministry
The Live Oaks of Righteousness
All youth in 6th - 12th grades are invited to join the St. Mark's Youth Group. On Wednesday nights throughout the school year, the Youth Group meets from 5-5:50pm and then is encouraged to participate in the service of Holy Communion at 6pm. Led by Fr. Jay, this time is set aside for discussion of the Bible, social issues, and topics suggested by the Youth. This time also feeds into confirmation preparation for those youth who have yet to be confirmed by the bishop.
One Sunday a month the Youth Group has an outing with the sole purpose of fellowship - forming the bonds that allow the Wednesday night discussions to go deeper than the surface level.
